Hummingbird vs stealth

I'm about to buy a rotary and wonder if I should go hummingbird with a maxon or stealth 3? Anyone own either of these?

That stealth 3 is a neotat rip off ive i rember it right. I heard some people saying it was not that good. Both machines are hard to compare, one has give and the other not. what do you want to use it for?

But for the price of the stealth i would go for a rotary works mk2

The Stealth looks interesting, I still think AK Art tattoo machines are worth a punt for the price.

You can always get give from your gromet choice, at least I have stiff ones and softer and supersoft ones I use. I find any machine can do both with some technique, but I own four coils I use so I'm just debating which machine is best overall for that price point and available at my local supply shop. I really should consider one of them UK builds. What kinda turned me off was the $25 motors for replacing. How often do you guys need new ones and are they noisy

My uk build rotary works are almost as silent as a neotat or bishop. i have one with a hard grommet one with a soft silicone grommet and one with give.

i wouldnt mind trying one of those machines from ak art.

the ak machines are a good buy.
i would stay away from hummingbirds
