Looks a decent solid tattoo, should heal up good,, looks like you you had to go over some of the outline more than once, making the lines a bit inconsistent.

I was able to get most of the rose single pass. The lady I was working on kept jumping. She was happy with the end result. She lives in my building so in a few weeks I'll post the healed pictures.

Looking nice and a good example of where / when to use white to pull a design out. I can see a bit of sculpting on the petal lining (as Demerit pointed out) but its minimal and doesn't detract on an organic piece like a flower. Good job!

I used a 9cm bugpin for all the shading and a 5rs for the lines on the rose and a 7rl bugpin for the cross. The white highlights were done with a 5rs

I wasn't referring to the edge of the rose,, that is fine,, I was referring the the edge of the cross, so please don't use what I say as reference when you don't know what I was meaning.

yo i been meaning to tell you dropped that 350 for the workshop...
mostly total bullshit, theres nothing new you learn, its basic, all cool new york folks who just relocated to LA. all fuckin star struck n shit, wait till they stay a while and get a taste of real LA...ha ha. its close but accross the traintracks into the artsy fartsy part of town where i really don't belong...

but at the end you get a chance to sign up...

its an awesome opportunity... gonna get me for everything i got... but fuck it.

I think bugpins cause less trauma. When you went to the work shop did they talk about financing? I'm sure they try to work with you because 6000 is a lot of money to just put out there if you ain't hustling.
