tattooing eyebrows

has any one tattooed eyebrows? and if yes what did you use and is there anything special about it?
I'm asking because some woman asked me if I can do it for her after they told her 400 euros in a beauty salon.shes thinking about it after I told her that i have to shave the eyebrows to tattoo the area.
Like you I thought she wanted to remove permanetly her eyebrows and tattoo fake ones , but she just wants to boost hers a bit.

i've never done them, but i learned they differ from tattoos because you need to go into the slightly more shallow layer of the skin, i forget what it was called, but look into it, permanenet makeup is not like regular tattoo. thats what this pro told me.

some females want me to do their eyebrows but i don't, not until i find out exactly how. they use a cheap rotary just for PM and some of them are clueless and learning. my mom paid to get eyeliner and it was so fucked up and scarred and ruined, prob someone just learning, i thought she was gonna be a freak for life. they touched it up somehow and after a while it wasn't too noticable.
