On the menu bar immediately above the window you type in look in the top right corner.
1st icon in the last box (image with a floppy disk) will allow you to upload your images to the server, link to each image then make sure you 'send'. This will display a list of images with the URL (address) next to them.
Copy the URL for each image (one at a time as far as I know) then select the second icon along in the same box (image with a + sign). Copy into the URL field then hit 'insert'.
This works consistently for me, though not saying it's necessarily the conventional way. Give it a go and I look forward to seeing your work and congrats on getting a studio up and running

Because a lot of system designers are self-centred morons that don't get that saving a bit of time in their own dev schedule gets magnified in reverse for all the subsequent users who end up wasting time (sorry...pet hate subject).
Need more evidence see Donald Norman, Steve Krug and Jakob Nielsen to name a few of the enlightened ones (BTW these guys have F.A to do with tattooing)

Ha...good to see the work.
Definitely some decent stuff, I particular like the owl face on the back and the panda, and I appreciate the neat lining on the lotus blossom.
Some other lining looks a little incosistent like in the Flamingo and where you have colour it could be more solid. But hey, you're doing it and I'm sure you'll be busy with this standard of work.
Look forward to seeing more and full credit for posting (at least some) of the work with close-up photography, I'm sure the more experienced members on here will be able to give you great feedback on these pieces in particular.

Re: summer 2016
some nice bits , like whippet said your lines are a touch inconsistent , and some of your grey work looks washed out to be honest , like the mandala style lotus flower , its looks the same tone , a few touches of black at the base of the leaves would make a massive difference , and a few highlights , it would just make the whole thing pop , the face with the rose pic is too small , you cant make any of the detail out , so cant comments on that one
