Here's some machines I put together. The color packet a shader have ringmaster coils, and the liner has baltimore street irons coils. These are the first machines I put together. The Paul Rogers style frame was a raw steel frame from eBay that I grinded down a little and painted and the other two jensen frames came powder coated.

Nah I don't have nothing against them I just never tried them out yet. I was thinking of getting a hummingbird with the maxon motor.

yeah I don't know much about coils or rotaries, but I been finger fucking a couple of coils for long time.. i studied how they work and I finally have a liner but I couldn't get a shader going. all decent parts. very frustrating for me.

then I tried a low end rotary and it felt right to me. the brand was storm which competes with stealth, both low end but not clones. it was pretty decent, but it died on its first run so I learned these rotaries can give out any moment.

so then I been trying some clones and I was surprised that they work even tho they look like junk and cost $3.50. I hate junk so I sort of hate myself at the moment.

I want a good one too but it seems like it's about $400 to play with the real deal.

I feel what you're saying. I've been fucking with coils for a year now and I can't tell you how many times I took them apart and put them back together, changed springs to see what works best for what I'm gonna use it for. Trial and error that's it. The way I see it coils never burn out the most you have to do is change springs and tune them and you're good to go. I wanna knows coils front to back before I move on to a rotary. I've learned a lot though. I could pretty much get the speed and how hard I want them to hit easily now. I think you should keep tinkering with the coils they're pretty simple once you know the basics.

If you are looking for a top quality rotary at at very reasonable price with a lifetime guarantee then check out the rotary works machines. Dale and Ian build these machines and are genuine people to deal with. I have 4 of their machines and when one needed a service they took it back and serviced for free all I paid was postage. Check their website and read some reviews on the web. To be honest, I don't think you can go wrong

That sounds good. I looked at them before, when I'm ready to commit and buy a rotary then I'll give them a look. I don't think I'm buying a rotary for a while though
