i bought this machine (sorry merrit, i couldnt wait or the money would have ended up wasted on something else)

anyone own any of his machines? i couldnt get a grommet over the a/bar nipple because of the paint. i'll buff down the paint but what are the 2 rubber rings on the nipple?

I contacted aiden, I'll file down the paint but that's unusual to have to do that he said.

The 2 rubber o rings are for adjusting the needle on the a/bar

Hey,,no probs,,, was really busy at work and doing my dining room before Christmas so never got any time to make any parts,,, its also cold in my garage so standing around in the lathe isn't very appealing at this time of the year.. Lol....but I will get round to doing some machines before long,,, so watch this space.. :-)

Anyone know what his coils are like? Was thinking bout buying some from him.

Lou recommended him to me. I tried using it on myself but didn't have the needle tight enough and kept coming lose. Have it sorted now so will test in the next few weeks

I might order some soon. I wanna build a nice new colour packer...
