Hey guys I mainly use kwadron curved weave mags for my color and shading, but I wanna know what some of yall use round shaders for,I know you can use them to tighten your lines up with but what else? Do you find certain rs are good for certain pieces or styles,I appreciate your opinions

Yeah I usually use 5,9,11 curved mags, but I've noticed my color isn't that smooth when I blend from one color to the next,so I was wondering if rs would give me a smoother blend or if it's my technique.

colour blending can be difficult depending the ink and needles and technique , i work back wards with colour blending and i do my lighter colours first makes for a much smoother blend

Don't you end up muddying the colours going light to dark?

No not of your careful , it's much easier to lay a dark tone over a lighter one than the other way around for me anyway , as long as you keep the area vasalined you shouldn't muddy the colours and if they do its only surface they will brighten up

Huh I've never heard that before,I'm gonna have to try that,I use mainly eternal ink(some intenze and starbrite) and kwadron/hydra or envy needles,I was always taught to do small circles but I've also heard of doing a figure 8,I guess I'm gonna have to just keep at it until I find something that works,I appreciate the info yall
